Lower Back Pain Relief
Lower back pain is usually common to adults. Men and women who are at the adulthood stage are more prone to lower back pain than teenagers. Aside from the fact that adult’s bones and muscles are getting weaker as they get old, it is also due to the fact that adults spend most of their time in strenuous activities. That is why it can result to muscle strain, injury or damage, joint issues, sprains of the ligaments and ligament spasm that causes lower back pain. Also, poor posture can result to lower back pain. Sometimes, after a long day at work and your back is in pain, you may feel like relaxing or taking a break. But resting your body for awhile will not help in aiding and curing your lower back pain. It may have a chance to cause more pain in your lower back and this can trigger to weaken your muscles and joints and it may hinder or hold back your recovery. There are also over the counter medicines and herbal medicines that you can try to help you relieve your lower back pain. It is not wrong or improper to rest your back for awhile, as long as it will not take you too long to consider you like a bed-ridden patient. The more appropriate way to rest your back is to lie flat on the floor, with your hands stretched on the floor, and your knees bent. You can also practice sitting properly in a chair, with your back leaned straightly to the chair so that you can prevent having lower back pains.
Lower back pain can sometimes be a recurring or repetitive condition or Injury. So it is better to treat and aid it immediately before it can get worse and before it leads to osteoporosis. Lower back pain relief can be easily achieved if you will just practice proper sitting, standing and sitting positions, and if you will just try to move, be active and exercise more.
